Position: Customer Service Coordinator
Salary: Agreement
1, Main responsibilities:
- Support and Operate the support channel/task in charge according to the Team‘s orientation and commitment.
- Manage and control PHL agent‘s quality in the support channel
- Support and training agents in the group
- Take care of our customers in usual cases and special cases
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager
2, Requirements:
- Age: less than 30 years old.
- High professionalism and logic
- Graduate in the English language will be a high-value
- Experience in team management, customer service or social media is an advantage
- English: equivalent 6.0 IELTS
- Interested in US-UK culture
3, Working time & Location:
- Working time:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Lunch Break: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM)
- Location: 7th Floor, Hanoi Centerpoint, no. 27 Le Van Luong str., Nhan Chinh, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.
