Position: Customer Service
General duties/ responsibilities
- Take care of our customers through the company‘s pages on Facebook, websites,...
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails effectively to support customers
- Support purchase team work with suppliers
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Requirements
- Age: < 30
- High professionalism and discretion
- Graduate in English language will be highly value
- English: equivalent 6.0 IELTS
- Interested in US-UK culture
Working time:
Mon – Sat, 6 day-off per month
Lunch time: 12.00 am – 1.30 pm
